Requirements
- Operational Management: Ensure the daily and efficient operation of the coffee shop, from opening to closing, guaranteeing the execution of all necessary procedures.
- Team Coordination: Organize and supervise the work team, distributing tasks and promoting a cooperative and motivating atmosphere.
- Customer Service Excellence: Implement practices that offer a high-level customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Quality Control and Procedures: Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations, maintaining the coffee shop in accordance with regulations.
- Performance Indicators Analysis: Monitor and interpret the performance indicators of the coffee shop to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and implement strategies to drive business results.
