The Account Director will lead a portfolio of high-value TikTok Shop clients, manage and develop a team of Senior Account Managers, and oversee trading strategy across the account portfolio. The role requires strong experience in e-commerce, trading or performance marketing leadership roles, proven experience managing teams and leading client accounts, and a deep understanding of e-commerce trading and merchandising.
