Solutus is seeking a Commercial Counsel to represent a rapidly growing startup focusing on stealth technology. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and executing operational contracts, requiring interaction with any of their US, SF Bay Area, LA, NYC, or Boston office locations. Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Commercial Counsel.
- Hands-on experience counseling teams around international transactions.
- Current or recent national security clearance is preferred.
- Experience working with procurement, government, or autonomous vehicle contracts (a, b, c, d, e is a plus).
