Job Description
The VNA of Manchester and Southern New Hampshire provides 24/7 in-home support and services to patients in Manchester and the surrounding communities. We are committed to helping our patients navigate the challenges they face at home while recovering from surgery or coping with life-limiting illnesses or physical disabilities.
Requirements
- Current Nursing Assistant License in the State of New Hampshire required
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in a related field desired
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Driver's License required to travel throughout New Hampshire to provide home health care service and other job-related activities
