The role involves assessing and implementing priority-based nursing care, integrating patient values and best practices into patient care, and engaging patients and families in the care delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN)
• Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of NH
• 2+ years of progressive care/critical care RN experience preferred
• 2+ years of RN cardiac telemetry experience required
