Job Description
The Patient Experience Specialist will lead initiatives to enhance patient, family, and visitor experiences by promoting empathy, responsiveness, and service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration required
- Masters preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar healthcare setting required
