Manager – Defense Business Operations & Partnerships

The Manager – Defense Business Operations & Partnerships supports Solugen’s growing defense and national security business by enabling and executing complex partnerships across the defense industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of fulltime experience in business operations, consulting, program management, government contracting, or defense-adjacent roles
• Experience supporting complex partnerships, agreements, or multi-party initiatives
• Familiarity with defense industry, government contracting, or regulated industrial environments preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
