Job Description
SOLPLANET is seeking a motivated Order Management Specialist to process and route incoming and outgoing EU orders. The role involves handling customer requests, creating and processing orders, and collaborating with various departments. They provide solar solutions worldwide and operate in both China and internationally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or international trade related major
- At least 2 years of working experience in an office setting
- Previous experience in the PV inverter industry (preferred)
- Fluent in German and business fluent in English (third language a plus)
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
