7th and 8th Grade Science Teacher

We are seeking a 7th and 8th Grade Science Teacher to join our team at Solomon Schechter Day School of Metropolitan Chicago for the 2026-2027 School Year. The successful candidate will teach science, develop lesson plans, and provide individualized instruction to students, while maintaining a functional learning atmosphere and communicating with parents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or a related subject from an accredited university
• Illinois teaching certificate
• At least two years of experience (preferred)
