Solirius Reply is seeking a motivated Senior Ruby Developer to join their growing team. The role involves developing and maintaining their Ruby-based backend applications, driving DevOps initiatives, and leading team leadership. This is an opportunity to shape the direction of their platform and foster collaboration in a flat organisational structure.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Ruby applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with the frontend.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Maintain and improve our cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
