Job Description
[solidcore] is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to join their HQ team in Arlington, Virginia, supporting the organization's largest HR transformation. The role involves data management, system optimization, reporting, analytics, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to Workday. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS principles and a passion for leveraging technology to drive data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core is essential.
- Experience with the above listed functions (Absence, Benefits, Talent, Performance Management, or Security)
- 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or a related role
- Experience with Namely HR system and MindBody Online (MBO) is highly desired
- Strong conceptual, verbal, and written communication skills
