Team Lead R&D / Software Development (f/m/d)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development (at least 2 years as a manager)
• Experience in developing B2B SaaS applications
• Experience with integrating AI solutions in the industrial context
• Leadership mentality with technical depth and the desire to form a team
• In-depth knowledge of C# /.NET, relational databases, and SQL
• Analytical, communicative, and self-responsible – you drive projects forward
• Experience with agile, SCRUM-based software engineering processes
• Very good German and English skills
