We are looking for a commercially-minded Digital Designer with strong motion capability and a deep understanding of performance marketing creative to create scroll-stopping, conversion-driven digital assets across paid media, web and CRM while maintaining an elevated, premium brand aesthetic.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in digital design (agency or in-house, DTC preferred)
- Proven experience creating performance marketing assets for paid media
- Strong understanding of digital ad specs and platform best practices
- Ability to respond to performance data and iterate accordingly
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong motion and video editing skills (After Effects + Premiere Pro or equivalent)
- Experience using FIGMA
- Experience designing for ecommerce and email
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- High attention to detail with strong time management
- AI curiosity and hands-on experience using generative tools to enhance workflow
