Operations & Maintenance Engineer (Central)

This Operational Core Engineer role focuses on the maintenance and operational aspects of solar PV installations, including planned and unplanned maintenance, preventive and corrective work, and warranty claims. The position requires strong electrical engineering knowledge, experience with solar PV systems, and the ability to lead and guide teams to ensure quality workmanship, compliance, and timely responses to client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines.
• Experience in electrical installations or maintenance of solar PV projects.
• Strong understanding of rooftop solar PV systems.
• Ability to prepare preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven capability to lead and guide technicians.
• Commitment to adhering to SOPs, MOS, and company procedures.
