Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AML/AFC compliance within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of German and EU regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and managing AML/AFC compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of AML/KYC/CDD regulations, sanctions screening requirements, and industry best practices.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, designing transaction monitoring systems, and investigating suspicious activities.
- Professional certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or ACAMS (Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists) preferred.
- Fluency in both German and English languages.
