FP&A Manager

We are looking for a talented FP&A Manager to join our team. As a strategic thought partner to our growth teams, you will turn data into business insight and provide financial planning and analysis support to the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business strategy, or related fields or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience as strategy consultant, investment banker, VC, private equity or other high-performance industry
• Crypto experience is strongly preferred
• Extremely strong analytical skills and detail oriented working style
• Proactive, self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving multiple workstreams independently
• Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize insights clearly
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling required; experience with Causal, Airtable, and Coefficient a plus
