APAC - Lead Solutions Architect

The Solana Foundation is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to own integrations strategy across APAC, serving as the technical authority for banks, payment processors, and fintechs in the region, architecting enterprise-grade integrations, and driving standards development for making Solana the blockchain of choice for APAC's financial institutions.

Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker
• Strong English communication skills
• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 4+ years in solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership roles
• Proven track record of defining and executing technical strategies or roadmaps
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with C-level and VP-level executives
• Deep expertise in institutional payment systems, correspondent banking, settlement infrastructure, or fintech platforms
• Experience with Rust, Typescript, or other performant languages in production environments
• Based in Greater China, Singapore, or Hong Kong
