Director of Training and Education

Solace is a healthcare advocacy marketplace that connects patients and families to experts who help them understand and take charge of their personal health. We're seeking an exceptional Director of Training and Education to build and lead an all-encompassing initial and longitudinal training and educational program for a rapidly scaling advocate service.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing, implementing, and scaling virtual training programs
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or adjacent industries
• Experience working within the product vertical of a company, preferably a startup
• Experience developing quality feedback assessments, developing feedback loops, and operationalizing continuous change
• Experience with cross-functional team leadership and the ability to persuade, motivate, and influence
• Ability to translate clinical and operational information into a compelling educational experience
• Genuine passion for education, with excitement about leveraging technology to transform how training is delivered
