Job Description
SoLa Impact is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to oversee and manage the leasing process for affordable housing properties in Los Angeles. The role involves collaboration with the leasing team, developing strategies for tenant acquisition and retention, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. This position will contribute to attracting and retaining quality housing in low-income communities.
Requirements
- Accurately track vacancies using Excel.
- Update vacancies in cloud-based property management system.
- Take clear and representative pictures of units.
- Write clear task descriptions, email follow-ups, and leasing summaries.
