Requirements
- Answer phones and greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Efficiently check patients in and confirm necessary forms are complete
- Schedule existing patients ensuring compliance with practice procedures and protocols
- Triage and escalate patient concerns to clinical and practice leadership appropriately
- Provide support to clinical teams
- Manage daily/weekly scheduling activities
- Complete insurance verifications
- Ensure accurate intake paperwork and co-pays are collected
- Work extensively within the Company's electronic health record (EHR)
- Communicate timely and professionally with patients
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure charge capture and other related data are accurate and submitted in a timely manner
- Build a rapport with patients and referring providers
- Manage and support the patient journey and patient engagement
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Represent the organization with pride in all interactions
