Job Description
Soho House & Co is seeking a Regional Membership Manager for Cites without Houses in Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role focuses on building and managing local membership communities, managing recruitment, managing retention, representing the company to members, and delivering exceptional member experience. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Singapore (national, visa or permanent resident)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- 2+ years working or studying in the UK or US
- Extroverted, charismatic, confident and creative personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset and driven to succeed
- Minimum of 3+ years’ related experience with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operations
- 1+ years Management experience
- Extensive black book of contacts in the creative industries
- Strong organisational and management abilities
- Well-traveled with a learnt worldview
