Functional Lead: SAP Finance & Controlling

We are seeking an experienced Functional Lead SAP Finance & Controlling with strong business process knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the SAP FI/CO modules.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) implementation and configuration
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes across industries and how they map to SAP functionality
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize financial and controlling processes for business efficiency
• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO module configuration, customization, and integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP, HR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members
