Job Description
We're looking for a creative engineer to design and develop software prototypes and research methods for software resilience. The ideal candidate has experience with software engineering, RTOS scheduling, and memory management, and is proficient in one or more of the following: C and C++, Python, MATLAB, C#, or JAVA.
Requirements
- BS with 10 years of experience, an MS with 8 years of experience, or a PhD with 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Collaborative team environment experience as a software developer, software engineer, or verification engineer
- Understanding of the DoD Systems Engineering lifecycle
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: C and C++, Python, MATLAB, C#, or JAVA
- Experience with modern RTOSs, such as VxWorks and Integrity, and developed and analyzed embedded software
- Experience in developing embedded software and performance tests and interpreting the results
