Job Description
Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, ensure compliance with the Scrum framework, and promote good agile practices. Required experience as Scrum Master in software development or digital platform projects, solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum, and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Scrum Master in software development or digital platform projects
- Solid knowledge and practical application of Agile and Scrum
- Experience in facilitating multidisciplinary teams (business, technology, UX)
- Ability to identify, manage, and remove impediments and blockers
- Experience in coaching agile teams and accompanying the adoption of Agile
- Knowledge of agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, cycle time)
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Advanced English skills
- Knowledge of AI tools, such as Rovo, Atlassian Intelligence, Copilot, etc.
