SOFTGAMES is looking for a Technical Game Designer with a passion for designing smart and adaptive AI-powered systems for both game projects and development processes. As one of the first AI-focused designers in our studio, you will help shape the future of how we design, build, and operate our live games with the power of AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Game Designer, Technical Designer, or a similar hybrid role within the gaming industry
- Experience and knowledge in coding Python
- Hands-on experience with Vibecoding and using AI tools such as loveable, ChatGPT, or other generative systems
- Deep understanding of game systems and economy design for FTP casual space
- Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal) and familiarity with asset or content management systems
- Ability to document workflows and communicate complex concepts clearly
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects or processes simultaneously
- Strong fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly and champion change in a fast-moving environment
