Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial experience for the position Project Manager in outsourcing/outstaffing company
• Advanced English level
• Proven experience with project management methodologies, preferably Agile
• Understanding of web development best practices, quality assurance processes, and bug-fixing methodologies
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Skill to say "No" to clients
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks
• Experience in project crisis management, salvage or turnaround situations
• Good theoretical and junior practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Estimation techniques, Budget Management, Timeline Management, Scope Management, Progress Tracking, Staff Management, Client Management, Change Management, and Risk management
