We are looking for a Social Educator to support job seekers and young people with special problem situations, develop individual support plans, and accompany their implementation. The ideal candidate has a completed degree in social pedagogy, social work, psychology, coaching, or comparable fields, and experience in working with people in complex life situations.
Requirements
- completed degree or training in social pedagogy, social work, psychology, coaching, health management, or comparable fields
- experience in working with people in complex life situations
- knowledge of psycho-social counseling, health promotion, and labor market integration
- digital competence
- clarity, empathy, and ability to provide orientation even in challenging situations
- confidence in handling contact persons at the job center and ability to communicate professionally
