Job Description
Social Impact (SI) is a Washington, DC-area international development management consulting firm. We provide management consulting, technical assistance, and training services to strengthen international development programs, organizations, and policies. We provide services globally in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, project and program design, organizational capacity building, and gender and social analysis.
Requirements
- Master's degree in international development or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and proposal management
- Thorough knowledge of government and/or donor contracting practices
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to oversee and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to exercise good judgment and communicate effectively
