Video Editor (Paid Social)

We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor to produce high-converting paid social ads for leading e-commerce brands. This is not a generalist editing role - you will create, iterate, and optimise short-form video ads designed specifically for Meta and TikTok performance marketing.

Requirements

• Edit high-production performance ads for D2C brands
• Create multiple variations for testing (hooks, angles, CTAs, formats)
• Turn UGC and raw footage into structured, performance-driven ads
• Apply retention editing techniques (pattern interrupts, pacing, captions, visual hooks)
• Follow platform-native best practices and short-form trends
• Collaborate with strategists to iterate based on performance data
