Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, paid social, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Proven success in developing and scaling performance creative strategies for Meta or TikTok campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting creative data.
• Proven experience leading client strategy, mentoring team members, and collaborating.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing principles and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
