Growth Strategist

Soar With Us is seeking a Growth Strategist to drive strategic growth for e-commerce brands. The role involves leading performance, creative, and client teams to align strategy and execution around clear growth goals. It's a high-impact position for someone who thrives on data, creativity, and fast-paced problem-solving. This is a fully remote position reporting to the Head of Growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta or Google.
• Deep understanding of Acquisition channels, landing pages, e-commerce best practices, and growth levers.
• Proven track record in producing accurate forecasts and data-driven strategies.
• Strong grasp of creative ideation, data-backed execution, and performance analysis.
• Clear, confident communicator with a talent for simplifying complex ideas.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, aligning creative and media strategies for maximum impact.
• High proficiency in Shopify, Triple Whale, and other E-commerce analytics tools.
