Job Description
Snowflake is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow a Developer Platform team in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves owning the Drivers, SDKs, APIs, and Clients pillars of the platform, focusing on building and maintaining a highly parallel and fault-tolerant system. The ideal candidate will drive technical direction, lead teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering management experience
- A demonstrated track record of successfully recruiting and leading technical teams
- Rock-solid engineering fundamentals
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
