Job Description
Sturtevant Richmont, a Snap-on Incorporated division, is seeking a mechanical engineer to join their team. The role involves all aspects of mechanical engineering, from design to manufacturing and quality control. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a motivated learning approach, and the ability to work under general supervision.
Requirements
- B.S. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 1-2+ years’ experience in major mechanical engineering discipline
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles (metals, plastics, processing, statics/mechanics)
- Strong understanding of test purposes and methodology
- Good math skills, including statistics
- GD&T principles
- Strong CAD and drafting skills (SolidWorks)
- Knowledge of modern fabrication techniques
- Able to document projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Initiative

- MS Office proficiency
- Basic programming skills
