As a Payroll Clerk, this person will assist in all activities regarding the management of employee compensation in the company. You will undertake a variety of tasks such as entering payroll information, calculating wages and making payments.
Requirements
- 1+ year of payroll processing experience
- Highly accurate in data collection, entry, and reporting with strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of payroll-related legislation, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and execute tasks independently
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter who is proactive, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with payroll systems and related software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
