SmithRx is seeking a Sr. Manager, Customer Performance & Accountability to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for architecting and executing SmithRx’s strategy for evaluating customer performance and performance relative to contract guarantees.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytical, financial, or strategy roles
- 3+ years experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy industry related roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Pharmacy consulting experience is a plus
- Prior experience in finance, consulting, or startup experience is a strong plus
