Job Description
The Cartilage Business Development Manager is responsible for exceeding sales/case volume objectives and growing the Sports Medicine Biologics business, specifically the cartilage repair portfolio, within assigned Area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 6 years of direct sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Deep knowledge of surgical techniques, biologics, and competitive technologies
- Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across cross-functional teams
