Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) Speaking
• Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Meet the typing requirement of 40 WPM
• Strong time management
• Adaptability and accountability
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
• Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment
