Business Coach

The SMB Team is looking for a Business Coach to join their Coaching Team. The role involves helping clients achieve their business goals through performance measurement, client engagement, and strategic coaching. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and at least 2 years of experience as an operations manager or director. The salary for this role is $95,000 annually.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (3+ years preferred) as Operations Manager or Director
• Familiarity with behavioral assessments such as DISC, Kolbe, and others
• Experience working in a quarterly business cadence (goal setting, kpi’s, etc)
• Experience in hiring/firing
• Experience managing a budget
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Sound understanding of financial principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Adaptable to changing environments and client needs
• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience
• Read and be familiar with the following books: Scaling Up, The E-Myth Revisited, Traction, Good to Great, and Law Firm Growth Accelerator
