Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the Japanese digital advertising industry
• Ownership and execution ability towards team goal achievement
• High commitment to results
• Logical thinking, problem-solving, and impact-oriented
• Ability to autonomously plan and execute sales plans
• High communication skills and vitality
• Prioritization of impact and strategic planning of mid-term roadmaps
• Deep understanding of advertising agency business and digital advertising commerce
• Multi-angle hypothesis thinking and judgment
• Skill in creating new sales materials in collaboration with front-line sales
• Native-level Japanese fluency
