Job Description
The Director of Human Resources for SmartLight is a strategic and operational leader responsible for building and scaling HR practices that support a high-performing workforce operating in the healthcare data analytics space.
Requirements
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and develop a responsive, impactful HR Team
- Ensure a seamless and smooth onboarding and offboarding
- Manage annual performance Review cycle promoting accountability and growth
- Drive learning and development initiatives, including leadership coaching
- Define and evolve company culture through engagement programs and rituals
- Manage employee relations with empathy, clarity, and legal compliance
- Manage Immigration, Visa sponsorships and work authorizations
- Manage, communicate and track Annual Open Enrollment
- Manage all employee relations issues ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation across all HR functions
- Own HR systems, policies, and documentation
