Job Description
Smart Communications is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the SmartIQ Engineering team, focusing on the SmartIQ global SaaS platform. This people-manager role involves overseeing daily operations, mentoring engineering staff, ensuring company objectives are met, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team. Requirements
- Experience leading an engineering team in a technical capacity
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
- Operational experience with teams responsible for building SaaS solutions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Employee performance and growth management

- Experience in Microsoft development tools, Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code
- C#
- NET Core MVC or ASP.NET MVC
- Knowledge and experience in the SmartIQ product range or similar no code/ low code platform
- Azure DevOps/Git
- Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
