Smarsh is seeking a Sr. Website Performance & Optimization Manager to lead the governance and daily operations of the website, ensuring all content is accurate, compliant, user-friendly, and optimized for AI/SEO performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in web marketing, website management, or digital strategy for a B2B SaaS company
- Experience leading CRO initiatives, user behavior analysis, and A/B testing
- Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Looker, Hotjar, etc.)
- Familiarity with SEO principles and technical SEO to support organic growth
- Strong project management skills with experience overseeing development teams
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex web concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong knowledge in web performance optimization and WordPress CMS
- Experience with AI engine optimization best practices
- Experience defining KPIs that track website impact beyond form submission, including MQL/SQL velocity and financial efficiency metrics (CPA/ROAS)
- Demonstrated knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards and experience owning a formal accessibility remediation roadmap
- Proven experience enforcing or contributing to a Design System and working directly with UX/UI designers on component library implementation
