As a Senior Recruiter at Slingshot Aerospace, you will contribute to building the best team in space by managing end-to-end recruiting across technical, non-technical, and federally funded programs. You will guide our hiring strategy, strengthen our recruiting operations, and ensure we have the talent readiness to support rapid growth and government program delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate Talent Acquisition
• Prior experience leading Recruiting teams
• Knowledge of specialized sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A high degree of accuracy, care, and attention to detail
