Job Description
Sleeping Dog Properties is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor for both residential and commercial projects in the greater Boston area. The role involves overseeing the construction process, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment. The position is primarily non-physically laboring and requires prior authorization for physical tasks.
Requirements
- Prepare and submit end-of-day reports.
- Ensure all team members and subcontractors use correct PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager.
- Understand and apply building codes.
