Job Description
Sleek is an innovative FinTech company focused on streamlining back-office operations for micro SMEs. They offer AI-powered services and a rapidly growing suite of products, including accounting, financial planning, and payment processing. They have raised Series B financing and are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead their global finance function and support IPO readiness.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in finance, with 5+ years in a CFO role
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS/tech-enabled business
- Extensive experience interacting with Boards, investors, and lenders
- Experience preparing a company for an IPO or similar capital market transactions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- CPA or CFA or equivalent qualification
