Freelance Lead Producer - New York

We're hiring a Freelance Lead Producer to own pre-production and on-set execution for stills and short-form motion. You'll lead client communications, manage crew and vendors, and keep timelines and budgets on track.

Requirements

• 5+ years producing high-end photo/motion with proven on-set leadership
• Excellent client communication; calm, solutions-first decision-maker
• Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills
• Comfortable running overlapping workstreams (pre-pro ↔ set ↔ wrap)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Asana/Airtable, QuickBooks Online, and Salesforce a plus
