• Personal and technical support and consulting for our customers
• Analysis, processing and documentation of system and application errors
• Implementation of standards in the area of hardware and software
• Support in the roll-out of our ERP software
• Operation, administration and monitoring of IT systems at the customer's site and in our own data center
• Integration of new technologies into the existing IT infrastructure
• Collaboration in IT projects
• Independent troubleshooting

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products
• Network, hardware and software knowledge (LAN, WLAN, firewall, VPN) as well as very good knowledge with virtualization technologies
• High customer and service orientation as well as pleasure in working with users and in a team
• Communication skills and service awareness
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Independent and structured way of working
• Class B driver's license
