HRIS Analyst

SkyWater Technology is searching for a HRIS Analyst for our Bloomington, MN site. The HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and scalability of SkyWater HR systems to deliver people-focused processes that support business outcomes.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the HR systems Manager to develop and maintain a HR Technology roadmap
• Develop knowledge, expertise, and configuration responsibilities in Dayforce HCM
• Provide technical support and guidance to the HR team and other internal stakeholders on system-related issues
• Develop and maintain standardized HRIS reporting to provide insights into workforce trends, performance, and compliance
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data within SkyWater systems
• Stay up to date on HR systems best practices and industry trends to continuously improve SkyWater people processes using technology
