Ramp Team Leader

Skytanking Aviation Services ENG Limited is seeking a Ramp Team Leader to join their team at Birmingham Airport. This role involves maintaining high standards of safety, service, and efficiency in the provision of passenger baggage and aircraft turnaround, requiring a reliable and adaptable individual. The position involves both indoor and outdoor operations and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Complete processes and activities, in accordance with both CAA and DfT regulations and Airport(s) and company procedures.
• Perform accurate and efficient sortation of outbound passenger baggage.
• Take leadership in the aircraft turnaround and also will have active involvement in Aircraft Turnaround processes.
• Safe and efficient operation of Ground Service Equipment.
• Regular preventative maintenance within the operational environment.
• Provide assistance and input to any baggage loading/unloading problems.
• Work cohesively as part of the team to maximise co-operation.
• Liaise and work together with other departments.
• Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by Line Management or Team Leader.
• Ensure all Airline Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.
• Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators are met or exceeded.
