This is a remote Full Time position for a Google Ads Specialist. The role involves planning, launching, and managing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms like Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max. The specialist will be responsible for optimizing campaigns for performance, analyzing data, developing strategies, and utilizing tools like Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics to track KPIs and deliver regular reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, or Performance Max).
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results (e.g. ROAS, CPC, CPA improvements).
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or others) is a strong advantage.
- Proficient with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
- Highly organized, particularly with digital collaboration tools like Google Drive and Asana.
- Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
